Fried Poached Egg With Scrambled Egg

Being an egg fanatics, i can never say no to eggs. Hence when i saw some online recipe on this fried poached egg with scrambled egg, how can i miss it and not try it? Unfortunately, the result wasnt as good as i hope.

I must say poaching egg is not easy but my friends did leave me some tips:

-Add vinegar in the boiling water

-keep stirring the water and drop the egg into the vortex

-make sure there were no bubbles bubbling.
