台北桥头美珠鲁肉饭

Ever since i saw the image of the fried egg over the minced pork rice (魯肉飯), i know i really have to eat it!

台北桥头美珠鲁肉饭 located at 台北市大同区昌吉街156号 may not be the best minced pork rice in Taipei but it is certainly one of those special minced pork rice stall. It looks no different from any Singapore economic vegetable rice stall and that means you can add more variety of food. From sweet and sour fish to stir fried vegetables, you name it, they most probably have it too.

I did have their drunken chicken soup but its not too much to my liking as the alcohol taste is very strong. Of course i have to order the fried egg over the minced pork rice. Having the egg yolk mixing with the oily rice indeed did bring the minced pork rice flavor to another level!

Overall, the minced pork rice is not too salty though a bit oily but i know i am very satisfied because i have two bowls of it!
